Year in year out the taste never change. The best nasi briyani so far . So said it is famous in Batu Pahat but in actual fact it is famous all over the world! People like me are just a bunch of foodspa people that ever willing to drive hundreds of miles just to eat May Shah’s briyani. My favourite are the lamb but the chicken briyani are delicious too. A must eat kinda meal . It never disappoints me . Must pre warn that the queue can long so be patient ya. But it is worthwhile . Lamb briyani is RM10/plate which for me can be shared by two person . Chicken briyani RM8/plate. Must eat with the acar buah & dalca. They had moved to a new area just next to the old outlet. Open daily but every Friday they are close.

You might be mistaken to assume that this is just another typical mamak stall but rest assured, they serve one of the best and most authentic nasi briyani in this country! Ask any locals and most will recommend this place. Ordering was easy, serving was fast, and the food was yummylicious! We ordered mutton and chicken (you can choose which part you prefer). Rice was aromatic and flavourful. The accompanying meat was tender and juicy to every bite. Even the accompanying vegetables was satisfying. Great food!

I have eaten here for decades and more decades. And I will be coming again and again!!! The best Malay style Baryani (or Briyani or whatever you wanna call it). The rice is to die for! The Baryani, out of this world. My favourite is still Kambing (lamb). They can't control the atmosphere because it's a food court. There is a river running beside it though. Nice.

Sunday 930am, 2 person queue in front of me. Take away chicken briyani for relatives. They love it. One set comprises of nasi briyani and chicken packed separately. The rice portion is big, and the chicken gravy is so so sedap
